Overall it is a good ramen considering it is in London. It holds up to the name of Hakata ramen when often most of Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen outside Japan fails to live up to its name. (I am from Hakata) This noodle wouldn’t be best in Japan but certainly won’t go bankrupt in Japan either.If only service and seating was better. Woman next to me waited 15mins for her Takana ramen and I got mine in 2 mins. Waiters were also confused who ordered what.
But taste is pretty good and this Ramen restaurant would not go bankrupt in Japan, in fact it they do ok over there.
